Campus SANPAOLO has been the University Residence of the City of Turin since 2015, created to offer students, teachers and researchers a new, sustainable, safe, quality place at affordable costs.

The Campus is also a ☆☆☆ hotel that offers quality hospitality services, just a few minutes from the Pala Alpitour, the Ruffini Park and the Lingotto Center, home to important trade fairs in the City of Turin.
Built on an area of about 8,000 square meters, the structure accommodates 536 beds and is part of the larger plan for “Turin University City” and is currently the main intervention in terms of number of accommodations.

SANPAOLO offers an adequate mix of housing types, for a total of 536 beds divided into single and double rooms and apartments consisting of 1 or 2 bedrooms as well as 47 rooms for hotel use: each accommodation is offered furnished and equipped with private toilets and Wifi connection.

All the accommodations are equipped with a kitchenette, while for the rooms the common kitchens located on floors 4, 5 and 6 are available for the students, as well as a large common kitchen overlooking the internal square.

Following the example of the best international realities, Campus SANPAOLO offers a mix of housing solutions and services including: study rooms, common areas, internet point, wi-fi connection, copy shop, bar, gym, laundry, parking, bike sharing, h / 24.

The structure was built according to standards of excellence in terms of safety, accessibility, reduction of environmental impact and energy saving. The design of a particularly performing envelope, combined with a careful design of the plant solutions, which use photovoltaic and geothermal systems, allows the building to fall within the Energy Class A.

The Campus is managed by Sharing Srl, a young company promoted by D.O.C. s.c.s. who already manages the first Italian temporary housing project in Turin in Via Ivrea 24 (470 beds) SHARING | TURIN and the CASCINA FOSSATA residence hotel in the Borgo Vittoria district (361 beds).

In all our projects, controlled rents are applied with the use of private contractual schemes to meet the needs of students, families and workers on business trips.
