Campus Sanpaolo has been the University Residence of the City of Turin since 2015, designed to offer students, teachers, and researchers a modern, sustainable, safe, and high-quality environment at affordable prices.

The facility is also a 3-star hotel ☆☆☆, providing hospitality services located just minutes away from Pala Alpitour, Parco Ruffini, and Lingotto Fiere, the city’s major exhibition center.

Built on an area of approximately 8,000 square meters, the Campus offers 536 beds and represents one of the primary initiatives of the “Turin University City” project in terms of housing capacity.

Inspired by the best international experiences, Campus SANPAOLO offers a wide range of services and spaces: study rooms, common areas, internet points, Wi-Fi, copy shop, bar, gym, laundry, parking, bike sharing, and 24/7 security.

The building is designed according to high standards of safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency. Thanks to advanced technical solutions, including photovoltaic and geothermal systems, and a high-performance building envelope, the structure has achieved Energy Class A, ensuring a low environmental impact.

The Campus is managed by Sharing Srl, a young company promoted by D.O.C. s.c.s., which already manages Italy’s first temporary housing project in Turin at Via Ivrea 24 (470 beds) — SHARING | Torino — and the residence hotel Cascina Fossata in the Borgo Vittoria district (361 beds).

In all our projects, affordable rent rates are applied through the use of private contract schemes to meet the needs of students, families, and off-site workers.
